Associate Managed Security Engineer (Lvl 1.5)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support for identity and access management functions.
• Assist in resolving user account and application access issues, including MFA token resets.
• Help with the management of security groups, user accounts, and certificate requests.
• Assist senior engineers with troubleshooting and maintaining security systems.
• Maintain documentation of security processes and assist in reporting incidents.

Skills & Experience:

• 1 to 2 years of experience in Managed Security, Identity Management, or IT Security roles.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, EntraID Hybrid Identity Management, and certificate request management.
• Basic understanding of multi-factor authentication (MFA) and access management processes.
