Junior Java Developer

What you’ll do in this role:

• Develop clean, maintainable, sustainable, and tested code with supporting documentation and automated unit tests
• Assist in the development, testing, and deployment of Java applications.
• Collaborate with team members to understand software requirements and contribute to the development process.
• Debugging and resolving technical problems reported
• Follow coding standards and best practices to ensure the delivery of high-quality, maintainable code.
• Participate in the software development life cycle (SDLC), all aspects of the software development process
• Adapt quickly to new technologies and tools introduced in the development process.
• Learn and apply Java programming skills under the guidance of senior developers.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or any other IT related field.
• A minimum 1 year of java programming experience in JAVA EE and/or microservice development or working in similar roles is required.
• Proficient in technologies such as Spring Framework, Hibernate, MySQL, and common web technologies like JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
• Basic understanding of Java programming language
• Familiarity with object-oriented programming concepts
• Strong desire to learn and grow in Java development
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
