Regional Business Data Owner (SAP SD/MM)

Role: ASPIRE Deployment Data Focal Contact

About the Role
This role covers responsibility for local business data content. The Deployment Data Focal Contact ensures the local business owner contributes to and understands the data, and gains confident sign-off, resulting in integrated quality data delivery.

Duties & Accountabilities

• Carry out key responsibilities as stipulated in the Aspire Data Migration Roles and Responsibilities
• Hold the most accurate and up-to-date knowledge on the status of assigned object(s)
• Responsible for data cleansing activities on assigned object(s), and support data cleansing deliverables
• Support and advise the Data & Cutover Leadership team on relevant subject matter or workstream as required
• Collaborate closely with ASPIRE functional and global teams to understand global, regional, or local functional impact on data activities
• Collaborate with the ASPIRE deployment team to support migration data subject matters
• Act as SPOC for matters assigned by the D&C Lead, based on required capabilities as data liaison (e.g. Data Cleansing SPOC, PSR SPOC)
• Seek advice and support from the team (COE, lead, local or regional data team) as needed to maintain work efficiency and effectiveness
• Act as a team player, supporting wherever required in a professional manner
• Support the ASPIRE Deployment Data & Cutover Lead and Deployment Lead

Requirements

• Experience in a global and virtual working environment, interacting with onshore and offshore teams
• Understanding of SAP configurations and dependencies
• Knowledge of Agile Methodology (agile project experience is a plus)
