Salesforce System Administrator

Drive system enhancements, automation, and process improvements that connect business needs to scalable Salesforce solutions. You will manage configurations, troubleshoot issues, optimize workflows, and collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to maximize platform value.


Duties & Accountabilities:


Administration & Maintenance

  • Manage user roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings.
  • Configure and maintain objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and page layouts.
  • Oversee sandbox management, production deployments, and system updates.
  • Conduct regular data audits, de-duplication, and cleanup for system accuracy.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and user requests efficiently.
  • Stay ahead of Salesforce releases and proactively implement relevant features.

Process Automation & Optimisation

  • Design and implement Flows, Process Builder, and automation rules to streamline workflows.
  • Manage integrations with third-party tools (e.g. HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Continuously assess system performance and recommend scalability improvements.

Reporting & Data Insights

  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards for pipeline health, sales performance, and forecasting.
  • Enable self-service reporting for Business Development, Marketing, and leadership.
  • Enforce data governance for consistent, reliable reporting.

User Enablement & Adoption

  • Maintain documentation on system changes, best practices, and workflows.
  • Conduct training sessions and feedback loops to drive adoption.
  • Serve as the go-to Salesforce expert across the organisation.


Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator required; Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder a plus.
  • Proven experience in Salesforce administration within a high-growth SaaS, AI, or digital business.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Sales and Service Cloud, including Flows, Process Builder, custom objects, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.
  • Familiarity with Apex, REST APIs, SOQL/SOSL, or Lightning Web Components is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with cross-functional stakeholder experience.
