  • The Salesforce System Administrator will drive system enhancements, automation, and process improvements that support our high-growth business.
  • This role will be the technical enabler connecting business needs to scalable Salesforce solutions, ensuring system integrity, automation efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.
  • You will manage configurations, troubleshoot issues, optimize workflows, and proactively implement new Salesforce features to maximize platform value.
  • This is a high-impact role where you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to streamline processes and drive Salesforce adoption across the organization.


Duties & Accountabilities

  1. Salesforce Administration & System Maintenance:
  2. Manage user roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings to maintain system integrity.
  3. Configure and maintain objects, fields, workflows, validation rules and page layouts.
  4. Oversee sandbox management, production deployments, and system updates, ensuring minimal disruption.
  5. Collaborate with Salesforce developers to implement enhancements and integrations.
  6. Conduct regular data audits, de-duplication, and cleanup processes for system accuracy.
  7. Stay ahead of Salesforce releases, proactively implementing relevant new features.
  8. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and user requests efficiently.
  9. Process Automation & System Optimisation:
  10. Design and implement Flows, Process Builder, and automation rules to streamline sales workflows.
  11. Manage integrations between Salesforce and third-party tools (e.g. HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  12. Continuously assess system performance, recommending enhancements to improve efficiency, automation, and scalability.
  13. Reporting & Data Insights:
  14. Develop and refine reports and dashboards to track sales performance, pipeline health, and forecasting.
  15. Empower teams with self-service reporting for Business Development, Marketing, and leadership teams.
  16. Enforce data accuracy and governance to ensure consistent, reliable reporting.
  17. User Enablement & Adoption:
  18. Create and maintain clear documentation on system changes, best practices and workflows.
  19. Conduct training sessions, audits, and feedback loops to drive Salesforce adoption.
  20. Act as the go-to Salesforce expert, helping teams maximise value from Salesforce effectively.


Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
  2. 3 to 5 years of experience in Salesforce administration, CRM implementation, or consulting within high-growth SaaS, AI, or digital businesses.
  3. Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud, with hands-on experience in configuring workflows, Process Builder, Flows, custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, reports and dashboards.
  4. Salesforce Certified Administrator certification required; additional certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder) and proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) are a plus.
  5. Familiarity with Apex, REST APIs and SOQL/SOSL, as well as experience with JavaScript, HTML, or Lightning Web Components for UI enhancement is a plus.
  6. Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  7. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across cross-functional teams.
  8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into scalable system and process improvements.
