We're looking for a Business Analyst to drive requirements and solutions across our enterprise application and digital transformation initiatives. You'll work at the intersection of business needs and technology, partnering with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to deliver solutions that actually solve problems.
What You'll Do
- Engage with stakeholders across the business to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend technology solutions that fit.
- Facilitate workshops, requirements discussions, and solution walkthroughs to align teams and stakeholders.
- Prepare business requirements documents, functional specifications, process flows, user stories, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with development teams throughout solution design, implementation, testing, and deployment phases.
- Support Agile delivery by refining user stories, assisting in sprint planning, and keeping the work moving.
- Conduct impact assessments for enhancement requests and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), solution rollout, and drive user adoption.
- Ensure solutions comply with security, governance, and quality standards.
- Work closely with product owners, architects, developers, operations teams, and external vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
What We're Looking For
- Experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise application or digital transformation projects.
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and solution design.
- Experience with system integration, workflow solutions, and enterprise applications.
- Understanding of APIs, cloud applications, authentication, reporting, and data migration.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have
- Product management experience and mindset.
- AWS or cloud platform experience.
- Strong technical background or hands-on development experience.
- Financial services or banking industry background.
