Software Engineer, Full-Stack
DESCRIPTION:
We're hiring a Software Engineer to design, develop, and deploy web applications and systems that serve millions of users. If you love building scalable frontend experiences, solving backend challenges, and shipping quality code, this role is for you.
You'll design and develop applications, monitor and troubleshoot production systems, participate in code reviews, and collaborate with designers to build user-centric products. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone with strong JavaScript fundamentals, React expertise, and a passion for clean, tested code.
This is a fixed-term contract role, 1 year engagement.
What You'll Do
Design, develop, test, and deploy software applications and systems
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in existing applications and infrastructure
Participate in code review processes to maintain high standards of code quality, security, and performance
Partner with UX designers to develop comprehensive product designs that meet user needs and requirements
Build scalable, maintainable applications using modern frameworks and best practices
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
What We're Looking For
Minimum 3 years of experience with modern web applications using JavaScript
Strong experience in frontend development with React.js
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Commitment to code quality, testing, and continuous improvement
Relocation may be required to meet our team in Singapore
Bonus
Backend development experience using Go and/or Node.js
Experience with automated testing frameworks (Mocha, Chai, Karma, Sinon, or similar)
Database management experience (both relational and non-relational)
Experience with Docker containers and containerization
CI/CD pipeline development and cloud deployment (AWS, or similar platforms)
Agile and Scrum experience
Experience troubleshooting and optimizing application performance
