Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders across business units (e.g., sales, finance, security, compliance) to develop analyses and documentation in a collaborative way.
• Communicate effectively and efficiently with production, managerial, and executive teams.
• Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain systems processes, including the delivery of monthly status reports to all appropriate parties.
• Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation.
• Conduct daily systems analytics to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot problems.
• Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with partners for optimized outcomes and address concerns from managers and executives with supporting research and recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3–5 years) in product management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of product development methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with teams.
• Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or similar).
