Technical Product Manager

The Co-Development Business Unit is hiring a Technical Product Manager. This is a fixed term contract role. The engagement runs until 25 August 2027.

What you will do

- Work closely with the Product Owner, Product Manager and Development Team on project schedule, issues and escalation.

- Plan and justify project IT resource allocation, secure approval, and track resource usage.

- Craft and refine user stories with the Product Owner and Product Manager by providing technical analysis.

- Build and prioritize the Product Backlog, and keep refining it.

- Review and take part in technical proposals, system design and architecture. Make sure they meet quality standards, governance and policies.

- Propose feasible ideas and solutions, or bring in subject matter experts to improve the product.

- Coordinate with teams of interfacing systems so end-to-end workflows run reliably and efficiently.

- Plan and design UAT with the team. Coordinate and monitor progress, and ensure UAT acceptance.

- Review documentation to make sure it is complete and of good quality.

What we are looking for

- Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering, Information Technology or a related technical field.

- At least 3 years of business analyst experience in software development projects.

- Working experience in an Agile environment and on a cloud platform.

- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Azure.

- Skills in developing business cases and user stories.

- Able to work independently under pressure, meet deadlines, multitask and prioritize.

- Good communication skills. You can explain technology concepts and join requirements discussions with stakeholders.

- Strong collaboration skills across teams and with business stakeholders.

- Good knowledge of web, mobile and cloud technologies, and how they affect design feasibility.

Good to have

- Experience with Confluence, JIRA, GitLab, SonarQube.

- Experience with BPM modelling techniques and methods.

Work arrangement

- This role requires relocation to Singapore for the full contract period.

- You must have the legal right to work in Malaysia for the full contract period. We are not able to offer visa sponsorship for this role.
