Microsoft Dynamic 365 Consultant

Roles and Responsibilities

To understand customer requirements and to advise the project team on highly specialized, complex solutions architecture and implementation
To create Functional and Technical Specifications documentation for the project
To create a detailed project scope document for the customer on behalf of the estimations for the tasks and the project schedule
To build and maintain client relationships by developing an understanding of the client’s business processes
To create documentation for clients, including PowerPoint presentations and Visio workflows regarding functional and technical requirements, design, training, process engineering
To discuss with other consultants in terms of PM, BA and or technical skills
To implement experience on MC CRM 2011, 2013 or 2015 on-premise, D365 etc.
To conduct hands-on implementation, configuration and development of the various components of Microsoft Dynamics CRM
To provide input and advice regarding Microsoft Dynamics CRM capabilities, functions and features to clients and prospects
To support the testing team during the SIT, UAT, Pre-production and production environments
To design and to carry out D365 Functional solutioning to large clients in MS CRM Projects

Skills and Requirements

Master’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, or related field
More than 6 years of Dynamics 365 Project Management, Business Analysis and/or Technical Lead experience is required
Experienced in MS Dynamics CRM2011 and 5 years of implementation experience (Functional / Techno-Functional) in MS CRM2011, 2013 or 2015 on Banking or financial domain
Sound knowledge and/or certification on Project Management and different Project Management styles like Waterfall, Agile, Scrum etc.
Experienced in implementing projects with Agile methodology
Understanding and implementing various integrations to Dynamic CRM
Experienced in working the XRM (MS CRM 2011, 2013, 2015) and D365 implementation project
Proficient in coordinating with Development, Testing and Release Management Teams
Ability to manage or to lead multiple large projects with advanced organizational skills
Excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on helping to create cohesive, collaborative and productive virtual teams
Outstanding problem-solving skills and analytical skills to solve any technical issues met
