Roles and Responsibilities

To lead and participate in project meetings and issue escalation
To prompt preparation of Project Documentation and reporting of Project progress.
To ensure project completion by targeted timeline
To design and to develop user interfaces using Angular best practices
To adapt interface for modern internet applications with latest front-end technologies
To be in-charge of the development and maintenance of the company’s Web and App products
To verify and repair the bugs found by QA, continuously improve the product
To participate in the technical implementation of the product discussion and Code Review
To participate in product performance, architecture optimization
To solve problem and to establish work process by cooperate with other team colleagues

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, or related field
At least 2 years of mobile HTML5 development experience, familiar with common browsers, can effectively solve browser compatibility issues and performance issues
Prior experience in insurance industry is a plus
Proficient in JavaScript, skilled JS Code , proficient in a variety of front-end debugging tools; familiar with JS performance optimization
Familiar with common front-end libraries and framework (React / Vue / Angular, etc.); familiar with HTML5/CSS3 and other technologies
Experience in NodeJS
Have a clear thinking, good comprehension, strong sense of responsibility, strong resistance to pressure
Excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on helping to create cohesive, collaborative and productive virtual teams
Have the interest and ability to solve problems, study new technologies, and have strong sensitivity to new technologies and trends in web technology.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, organized and ability to work independently with priorities under tight timelines, in a complex customer environment
Proficient in Mandarin and English
