Job Summary
The IT / Infrastructure Coordinator supports the IT SEA Account Manager in the coordination of local IT activities and the execution of the ad hoc / last mile IT infrastructure tasks required for the implementation of IT Demand and Projects.
Responsibilities
- Hardware & Software Asset Management.
✓ Ensuring accuracy of local IT Asset inventory including PC, Chromebox, Printers, Decon stations
✓ Liaising with local Finance to maintain Fixed Asset register
✓ Organizing replacement of existing assets @ EoL
✓ Approving Asset replacement tickets in SNOW for Out of cycle replacement requests
✓ Screening of Non-Standard Software requests
✓ Approving non-standard software tickets in SNOW
✓ Liaising with Security for Software security assessment and whitelisting
✓ Organizing the True-up Campaigns at the local level
✓ Coordinating the IT Volume review for Hardware and Software assets including non-standard software, User accounts (Kite, etc.)
✓ Support the Cluster Account Manager in budget reporting activities - Master data management.
✓ Maintaining the relevant master data including site lists, contact details, etc.
✓ Controlling the data input by onsite & remote support engineer. - Ad hoc IT support orchestration (Industrial devices).
✓ Telecom suppliers contact point
✓ LAN troubleshooting with local vendor + GIO (if necessary)
✓ APN troubleshooting with local ISP + GIO (if necessary)
✓ Orchestration of incidents for industrial devices – tablets & PDTs – on behalf of the business (ticket
triage)
✓ Ad hoc IT issues, requests support (which not covered by GIO services)
- Ad hoc / Last mile IT Infrastructure tasks.
✓ Consulting / Pre-Sales on Infra related topics
✓ Screening of Business requirements for new/ update of infrastructure (new sites, new AP, etc.)
✓ Reviewing / Challenging GIO quotes for Infra demands
✓ New site network requirement, local network design, add the site to AL network (specify subnet/Network access mode/support GIO for the CPE config/etc..).
✓ Network related construction support (Site relocation/ new site/etc.)
✓ Daily network monitoring
✓ Framing the demands to GIO (Group Infrastructure Operations)
✓ Ad hoc Technical support for Server config, App installation, Data Migration, etc.
✓ Local NAS onsite support & Migration coordination
✓ Last mile Ad hoc infra tasks to execute GIO Projects & Demands (Network config, testing, etc.) - Infrastructure Project Proxy.
✓ Ad hoc coordination tasks for Infrastructure Projects (coordination with local vendors, coordination with building managers, Receiving of deliveries, etc.)
✓ Ad hoc infra tasks for GIO Projects - Reporting.
✓ Provide regular updates to the SEA IT Account manager on Demand status and highlight any key issues and areas of concern.
✓ Support Preparation of Monthly Ops meeting and Quarterly strategy meetings with Business
stakeholders (following-up on on-going topics and collecting status updates from IT stakeholders).
Eligibility Criteria
- 5-7 years overall experience.
- Skills: Technical Troubleshooting, Master Data Management, PR/PO & Budget Management, Project
Management, Time Management, Flexibility and Adaptability. - Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
- Strong communicator in English and possess great interpersonal skills.
- Multitasking prowess and ability to cope with matrix organization.
