We are seeking an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts in the SaaS/CRM industry. This role will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy Development: Formulate and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives, target markets, and product offerings.
- Brand Management: Enhance and promote the company’s brand identity, positioning, and messaging across various channels, ensuring consistent and compelling brand experiences
- Digital Marketing: Oversee and execute digital marketing initiatives, including website optimization, content marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, and search engine marketing (SEM/SEO)
- Social Media Marketing: Develop and execute dynamic social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engage with target audiences, and drive customer acquisition and retention
- Content Creation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling and engaging content (e.g., blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos) that resonates with target audiences and supports marketing objectives
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and analyze multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email campaigns, social media campaigns, and content marketing initiatives.
- Lead Generation and Nurturing: Develop and implement lead generation strategies, nurture leads through effective marketing automation and content marketing efforts, and collaborate with sales teams to optimize lead conversion.
- Analytics and Reporting: Analyze and report on marketing performance metrics, campaign effectiveness, and return on investment (ROI) to continuously optimize marketing strategies and tactics.
- Team Management: Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the SaaS/CRM industry or a related technology field.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, content marketing, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO).
- Strong analytical skills and experience in using marketing analytics tools to measure campaign performance and optimize strategies.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.
- Creativity and problem-solving skills, with a knack for identifying and capitalizing on emerging trends and opportunities.
- Experience in managing and mentoring marketing teams is desirable.
