Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and manage security engineering operations across multiple platforms, focusing on identity management, Active Directory, and Azure environments.
- Lead initiatives in user account management, including issue resolution for access and application issues.
- Manage and enforce security policies across Microsoft Azure, EntraID, and other Microsoft Identity platforms.
- Act as a technical lead for the team, driving best practices in identity and access management, and data security.
- Implement and maintain Defender XDR solutions for endpoint, office 365, and cloud security.
- Design and deploy security solutions that support business operations while mitigating security risks.
- Provide escalation support for complex security issues and incidents.
Skills & Experience:
- 6+ years of experience in Managed Security Engineering, Identity Management, Active Directory, and Microsoft Azure services.
- Advanced skills in Purview, Defender XDR, Conditional Access, and SSO.
- Proven experience with troubleshooting and issue resolution for identity and application access.
- In-depth knowledge of security protocols, such as DKIM/DMARC/SPF, App Governance, and Data Loss Prevention.
