Reporting to: Sales Director
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and build a sustainable pipeline.
- Manage digital marketing activities across paid and organic channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, EDM, SEO/SEM, etc.).
- Develop and deliver marketing content (articles, landing pages, email campaigns, social media, sales presentations) tailored to business needs.
- Coordinate and execute online and offline marketing events, including webinars, workshops, roadshows, and partner activities.
- Monitor and analyse marketing KPIs, ROI, and engagement metrics to evaluate campaign performance and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with sales, technical, and business teams to ensure marketing strategies support overall business objectives.
- Support other marketing and business development initiatives as directed by the Business Development Director.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of solid experience in B2B marketing. Experience in technology or IT services is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Demonstrable skills in content creation, digital marketing, and event coordination.
- A quick learner with a strong desire to master the cloud and technology landscape.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, social media platforms).
- Proactive, highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Fluency in both Mandarin and English is required to support regional campaigns.
