Job Purpose
We are seeking sales professionals with a proven track record in B2B sales, ready to transition into the high-growth cloud industry. This role is ideal for those who excel in building client relationships, understanding customer needs, and closing deals—now looking to apply their skills in a tech-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across targeted industry segments.
- Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales and renewal targets.
- Conduct solution-based selling by understanding customer requirements and positioning tailored cloud solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer retention and account growth.
- Support lead generation efforts, campaigns, and customer engagement activities to expand the sales pipeline.
- Provide market insights and business intelligence to improve offerings and go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to align business development efforts with company objectives.
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and account plans.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B solution / consultative selling (e.g., IT services, software solutions, business consulting, or other complex service-based fields).
- Proven experience in selling customized solutions is essential. Pure product sales background is not a good fit for this role.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a consultative environment.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to quickly learn new technologies and translate them into business value.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and client partnership-building skills.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential.
