Job Description
1. Participate in the software architecture (specification analysis, technical studies, technology assessment, etc.).
2. Design and code autonomously complex functions and full modules, within agreed quality, deadline and cost.
3. Coach less experienced software developers.
4. Perform code reviews and basic troubleshooting, Participate in workshop with customer & External parties.
5. Uses programming, scripting, and/or database languages to write software code that meet requirements and that optimize software performance.
6. Identifies existing software components/libraries/frameworks to reuse in the solutions.
7. Applies knowledge of software development best practices, including coding standards, secure coding, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
8. Contributes to requirement (functional and non-functional) analysis and estimations.
9. Responsible for implementation and unit test for sub-system or interfaces, and ensure code quality.
10. Supports software testing, deployment, maintenance, and evolution activities by correcting programming errors, responding to scope changes, and coding software enhancements.
11. Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing code comments, layouts, diagrams and charts.
12. Will be assigned to work on product development and delivery of projects.
13. Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
1. At least 5-10 year(s) working experience in Java JDK, Java Framework , REST API & Web Socket .
2. Ideally candidate should be familiar with open source technologies like Docker & AWS
3. Experience in Linux and Windows environment and scripting will be an added advantage.
4. Knowledge on DevSecOps process and different tools (Jira, Git & etc.).
5. Knowledge of security and database. UI/UX awareness.
6. Chinese & English fluent in both oral and written.
7. Self-motivated, independent and a good team player.
8. Able to work under pressure.
9. Able to stand by for emergency situation ( After office hour or public holiday )
10. Innovative mindset and think-out-of-the-box.
11. Constructive collaboration, strong analytical skills and problem solving skills.
12. Additional with PHP Laravel experience will be a bonus and be priorities
