Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for 24 x7 monitoring of system, network, and applications.
- Perform first-level alert handling, escalation, and coordination with higher-level (L2/L3) support.
- Record, track, and close incidents within defined SLA.
- Generate daily and weekly monitoring reports.
- Follow standard operating procedures and ensure service availability.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- Minimum 1 year experience in IT Operations / Monitoring Center / NOC.
- Willing to work in rotating shift (24×7 support environment).
- Good communication skills in English; Mandarin ability is an advantage.
- Responsible, detail-minded, and able to work under pressure.
