Job Responsibilities:
- Provide daily operation and maintenance support for business applications.
- Handle user incidents, service requests, and technical inquiries.
- Conduct problem analysis and coordinate issue resolution with development teams.
- Maintain documentation for configuration, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base.
- Monitor system availability and performance and ensure business continuity.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Management / Computer Science or related.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in application support / system maintenance.
- Basic knowledge in Java, SQL, Oracle, and database management.
- Familiar with incident / change / problem management process.
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
- English is required; Mandarin is a plus.
