Job Purpose
The Business Development Executive is an entry-level role designed for ambitious fresh graduates looking to launch their career in the cloud technology sector. You will be responsible for supporting the sales team in lead generation, client engagement, and learning the fundamentals of solution-based selling in a fast-growing industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across targeted industry segments.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales and renewal targets.
  • Conduct solution-based selling by understanding customer requirements and positioning tailored cloud solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer retention and account growth.
  • Support lead generation efforts, campaigns, and customer engagement activities to expand the sales pipeline.
  • Provide market insights and business intelligence to improve offerings and go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to align business development efforts with company objectives.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and account plans.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • No prior sales experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Professional demeanor and a customer-facing presence.
  • Articulate communicator with strong logical thinking and a genuine enjoyment in interacting with people.
  • Strong desire to build a career in sales and technology.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
