Job Purpose
This role is for seasoned sales professionals with a strong background in cloud or SaaS sales. You will be responsible for driving enterprise-level deals, shaping regional sales strategy, and serving as a key player in our APAC expansion. If you have a deep understanding of cloud ecosystems and a history of high-value sales success, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across targeted industry segments.
  2. Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales and renewal targets.
  3. Conduct solution-based selling by understanding customer requirements and positioning tailored cloud solutions.
  4. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer retention and account growth.
  5. Support lead generation efforts, campaigns, and customer engagement activities to expand the sales pipeline.
  6. Provide market insights and business intelligence to improve offerings and go-to-market strategies.
  7. Collaborate closely with internal teams to align business development efforts with company objectives.
  8. Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and account plans.

Qualifications & Requirements

  1. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. 3-5 years of direct sales experience in cloud services, SaaS, or enterprise software.
  3. Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas in a competitive market.
  4. Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and digital transformation trends.
  5. Strong network and understanding of the APAC IT and business landscape
  6. Exceptional strategic thinking, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  7. Fluent in English and Mandarin.
