Job Purpose
This role is for seasoned sales professionals with a strong background in cloud or SaaS sales. You will be responsible for driving enterprise-level deals, shaping regional sales strategy, and serving as a key player in our APAC expansion. If you have a deep understanding of cloud ecosystems and a history of high-value sales success, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across targeted industry segments.
- Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales and renewal targets.
- Conduct solution-based selling by understanding customer requirements and positioning tailored cloud solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer retention and account growth.
- Support lead generation efforts, campaigns, and customer engagement activities to expand the sales pipeline.
- Provide market insights and business intelligence to improve offerings and go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to align business development efforts with company objectives.
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and account plans.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of direct sales experience in cloud services, SaaS, or enterprise software.
- Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas in a competitive market.
- Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and digital transformation trends.
- Strong network and understanding of the APAC IT and business landscape
- Exceptional strategic thinking, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
