Position Overview: As a Business Development Manager at PowTech Solution, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a deep understanding of the software industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and Pursue Business Opportunities:
    • Proactively identify potential clients and business opportunities in the software development, staff augmentation, and managed services space.
    • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, client needs, and competitive landscape.
  2. Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through effective communication and exceptional service.
    • Understand client requirements and collaborate with the technical team to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
  3. Sales and Revenue Generation:
    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing our services and capabilities.
    • Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate closely with the technical and delivery teams to ensure seamless project onboarding and client satisfaction.
    • Work with marketing to create effective collateral and campaigns to support business development efforts.
  5. Market Expansion:
    • Explore and pursue opportunities to expand our market presence and client base.
    • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to build brand awareness and establish connections.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field within the software industry.
  • Strong understanding of software development, staff augmentation, managed services, and hiring processes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development within the software industry.
