About the project
Proactive & Data Driven Support product provides analytics, data and tools to proactively identify insights and support employees remotely in order to improve the employee experience.
Duties & Accountabilities
- Data Analysis:
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.
- Use statistical techniques and data modeling to generate actionable insights.
- Reporting and Visualization:
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Translate complex data into understandable and actionable business insights.
- Strategy Development:
- Provide data-driven recommendations to support business strategies and initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for improvements and recommend data-driven solutions.
Requirements
- Very good command of at least one of the following reporting tools: Tableau/Thoughtspot & Snowflake.
- Good knowledge (at last 2 years experience) of design and usability in BI.
- Effective communication.
- English at least at B2 level.
- Good knowledge of SQL.
- Experience in Insight Generation & cooperation with the business stakeholders.
- 3+ years of experience in at least one of the following reporting tools: Tableau, Thoughtspot (optional).
- Ability to design and prototype BI solutions based on business requirements
- Knowledge (at least some level of awareness) about UX and usability within BI area ( eg. how certain data are best visualized, how to build a usable dashboard, know about Roche branding etc.)
- Basic knowledge about data storage (eg. relational databases) how to access them, how to query data, how to join the data from different sources, basic modeling knowledge.
- Open to working on EMEA time zones.
