Devops Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities
- To conduct design review sessions with the customer or internal stakeholder to demonstrate completed work and gather adjustments and changes
- To create reports and documentation of customer case analysis
- To do data retrieval and pre-processing from various sources
- To design and to build DevOps tools to enable automation and agile implementation in software development
- To define software deployment approaches and environment promotion strategy
- To craft and to manage automation pipelines for software build and releases
- To create and to maintain system procedural and technical documentation
- To collaborate with different teams to adopt DevOps practices and achieve CI / CD outcomes
- To participate in incident triage and help in relevant issue troubleshooting
- To manage day-today monitoring, backup, deployment and maintenance of systems writing scripts / programs for service monitoring and health check of systems which perform automated integration flow
- To perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis and to work closely with developers to implement corrective / preventive actions in the process
- To work actively with the development team to ensure that the environments are fit for purpose and software in accordance with best environmental and operational practices
- To identify appropriate standards for the organization and adherence to adopted standard
Skills and Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent
- More than 6 years of working experience in Azure DevOps is needed
- Extensive working experience within AQS and with its managed products like EC2, ECS, ECR, R53, SES, Elasticache, RDS, EKS, and etc.
- Excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on helping to create cohesive, collaborative and productive virtual teams
- Outstanding problem-solving skills and analytical skills to solve any technical issues met
- Ability to manage or to lead multiple large projects with advanced organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Mandarin Proficiency is a must to support China stakeholders
