Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts in the SaaS/CRM industry. This role will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Marketing Strategy Development: Formulate and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives, target markets, and product offerings.
  2. Brand Management: Enhance and promote the company’s brand identity, positioning, and messaging across various channels, ensuring consistent and compelling brand experiences
  3. Digital Marketing: Oversee and execute digital marketing initiatives, including website optimization, content marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, and search engine marketing (SEM/SEO)
  4. Social Media Marketing: Develop and execute dynamic social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engage with target audiences, and drive customer acquisition and retention
  5. Content Creation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling and engaging content (e.g., blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos) that resonates with target audiences and supports marketing objectives
  6. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and analyze multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email campaigns, social media campaigns, and content marketing initiatives.
  7. Lead Generation and Nurturing: Develop and implement lead generation strategies, nurture leads through effective marketing automation and content marketing efforts, and collaborate with sales teams to optimize lead conversion.
  8. Analytics and Reporting: Analyze and report on marketing performance metrics, campaign effectiveness, and return on investment (ROI) to continuously optimize marketing strategies and tactics.
  9. Team Management: Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the SaaS/CRM industry or a related technology field.
  3. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
  4. Excellent understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, content marketing, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO).
  5. Strong analytical skills and experience in using marketing analytics tools to measure campaign performance and optimize strategies.
  6. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.
  7. Creativity and problem-solving skills, with a knack for identifying and capitalizing on emerging trends and opportunities.
  8. Experience in managing and mentoring marketing teams is desirable.
