Duties & Accountabilities
- Implement, and maintain network and security solutions for clients.
- Configure firewall, VPN, and intrusion detection systems.
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies.
- Provide training and support to clients on security best practices.
- Work with clients to understand their security needs and provide recommendations.
- Respond to security incidents and provide incident response services.
- Support on-call rotation.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in network security.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Any IT networking certification, such as CCNA, CCNP, CCSA, NSE or CCSE, is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of security protocols, firewalls, and security technologies.
- Strong knowledge of network routing and switching.
- Experience in network and network security project(s).
- Proficiency in mandarin & cantonese is preferred to support Hong Kong & Macau stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and possess great interpersonal skills.
- Open to working in rotational shifts.
- Ability to work with clients and communicate effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
