Performance Marketing

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Performance/Digital Acquisition Specialist to lead our paid advertising and email marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving measurable results through various advertising channels and optimizing campaigns based on data-driven insights. This role requires close collaboration with the creative multimedia team to develop compelling ad creatives that drive engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Paid Advertising Campaigns:
    • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google.
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive measurable results, including increased traffic, engagement, and conversions.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies and tactics as needed to achieve goals.
  • Email Marketing:
    • Design and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
    • Segment email lists and tailor content to target specific audience segments.
    • Monitor and analyze email marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve results.
  • Data-Driven Insights:
    • Analyze campaign data to provide actionable insights and inform overall marketing strategy.
    • Create regular reports on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.
    • Use data to identify opportunities for growth and optimize marketing spend.
  • Collaboration with Creative Multimedia:
    • Work closely with the creative multimedia team to develop compelling ad creatives that align with campaign objectives.
    • Provide clear briefs and feedback to ensure creatives are optimized for performance and engagement.
    • Collaborate on A/B testing and other optimization initiatives to improve ad effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in performance marketing and digital acquisition.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable results through paid advertising and email marketing.
  • Strong understanding of advertising platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Ads.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms and tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, including copywriting skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
  • Mandarin speaking is a must because we will be targeting the Chinese market
