Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Performance/Digital Acquisition Specialist to lead our paid advertising and email marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving measurable results through various advertising channels and optimizing campaigns based on data-driven insights. This role requires close collaboration with the creative multimedia team to develop compelling ad creatives that drive engagement and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Paid Advertising Campaigns:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive measurable results, including increased traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies and tactics as needed to achieve goals.
- Email Marketing:
- Design and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
- Segment email lists and tailor content to target specific audience segments.
- Monitor and analyze email marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve results.
- Data-Driven Insights:
- Analyze campaign data to provide actionable insights and inform overall marketing strategy.
- Create regular reports on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Use data to identify opportunities for growth and optimize marketing spend.
- Collaboration with Creative Multimedia:
- Work closely with the creative multimedia team to develop compelling ad creatives that align with campaign objectives.
- Provide clear briefs and feedback to ensure creatives are optimized for performance and engagement.
- Collaborate on A/B testing and other optimization initiatives to improve ad effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in performance marketing and digital acquisition.
- Proven track record of driving measurable results through paid advertising and email marketing.
- Strong understanding of advertising platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Ads.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms and tools.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, including copywriting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
- Mandarin speaking is a must because we will be targeting the Chinese market
