About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and tech-savvy Product Manager to lead the charge in developing and managing our agent-centric technology solutions. If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoy creating impactful products, this role is perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Strategy & Vision
- Develop and drive the product vision and roadmap for agent-focused solutions aligned with the company’s business goals.
- Analyze market trends, identify customer needs, and leverage emerging technologies to create innovative solutions.
2. Solution Development
- Oversee the design, development, and management of end-to-end agent solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success—to deliver high-quality products on time.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collect and prioritize product requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
- Clearly articulate product vision, updates, and roadmaps to all stakeholders.
4. Technical Collaboration
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless implementation of features and functionalities.
- Use your basic technical knowledge to bridge communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
5. Performance Measurement
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for agent solutions.
- Leverage user feedback and analytics to continuously improve product performance and user satisfaction.
Qualifications
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in agent solutions, customer-focused products, or related domains.
- Prior experience in startups or technology-driven environments is an advantage.
Technical Knowledge:
- Basic understanding of APIs, system integrations, and software development processes.
- Comfortable collaborating with technical teams and understanding product development cycles.
Skills:
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related fields (or equivalent professional experience).
