Project Manager (PMO & Strategy Transformation Office)

Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycle (initiation to closure).
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet goals.
  • Adhere to PMO methodologies, frameworks, and governance standards.
  • Maintain project documentation (plans, risks, issues, budgets, status reports).
  • Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders on project status, risks, and dependencies.
  • Engage with business units, IT, and external vendors to ensure requirements are met.
  • Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and decision-making sessions.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, and outcomes.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
  • Resolve conflicts, remove blockers, and escalate critical issues when required.
  • Ensure lessons learned are captured and applied to future projects.
  • Work with Change Management and Corporate Comms teams to support adoption of new processes, systems, and tools.
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and training sessions as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of project management experience, preferably in digital transformation, IT, or operations.
  • Professional certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or equivalent) are an advantage.
  • Experience in startups, scale-ups, or transformation-heavy environments is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Contract (12 Months Renewable)
