Responsibilities
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle (initiation to closure).
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet goals.
- Adhere to PMO methodologies, frameworks, and governance standards.
- Maintain project documentation (plans, risks, issues, budgets, status reports).
- Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders on project status, risks, and dependencies.
- Engage with business units, IT, and external vendors to ensure requirements are met.
- Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and decision-making sessions.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, and outcomes.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
- Resolve conflicts, remove blockers, and escalate critical issues when required.
- Ensure lessons learned are captured and applied to future projects.
- Work with Change Management and Corporate Comms teams to support adoption of new processes, systems, and tools.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and training sessions as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of project management experience, preferably in digital transformation, IT, or operations.
- Professional certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Experience in startups, scale-ups, or transformation-heavy environments is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
