About the role
This role covers the responsibility for local business data content. Deployment Data Focal Contact to make sure local business owner contributes to, understands data, and gain sign-off confidently, with integrated quality data delivered.
Duties & Accountabilities
- Key responsibilities as stipulated in Aspire Data Migration Roles and Responsibilities.
- Holds the most accurate and up-to-date knowledge regarding to status of object assigned.
- Responsible for data cleansing activities for object assigned, and support data cleansing deliverables.
- To support, advise the Data & Cutover Leadership team whenever required on respective subject
matter/workstream. - Close collaboration with ASPIRE functional team/global team, to understand global, regional or local functional impact to data activities.
- Collaboration with ASPIRE deployment team, to provide support on migration data subject matters.
- SPOC for matter assigned by D&C lead, based on capabilities required as data liaison. e.g Data Cleansing SPOC, PSR SPOC
- To get advice/support from the team (COE, lead, local or regional data team) where required, to maintain work efficiency and effectiveness.
- Act as a team player, to support wherever required and needed professionally.
- Support ASPIRE deployment data & cutover lead, deployment lead.

Requirements
- Experience in global and virtual working environment; interacting onshore and offshore teams.
- Understand SAP configurations and dependencies.
- Knowledge of Agile Methodology (good to have agile project experience).
- Hands-on experience good knowledge in SAP data migration/functional/business processes in Supply Chain (SD/MM) (Preferred).
- Work in an agile environment and often on multiple initiatives in parallel.
- Able to present and interact with the stakeholders.
- Positive attitude with agile & flexible mindset and able to work under stress.
- Working collaboratively within data team, aligning integrated touch point.
- Able to work independently.
- Very good written and verbal communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills, focus on end-user value delivery. Fluent in English.
