Salesforce Consultant (PQR)

Country: Klang Valley, Malaysia

Roles and Responsibilities

To lead and participate in project meetings and issue escalation
To prompt preparation of Project Documentation and reporting of Project progress
To create a detailed project scope document for the customer, which includes both estimates for the tasks that will be completed and the project schedule
To conduct design review sessions with the customer to demonstrate completed work and gather adjustments and changes
To plan and assist the team in drafting statements of work to include estimation of effort/cost
To create documentation for clients, including PowerPoint presentations and Visio workflows regarding functional and technical requirements, design, training, process engineering
To serve and to support the Product Owner and developers in their quest to accomplish tasks to delight customers
To provide technical support for new projects, enhancements, and bug fixes related to solutions being delivered
To provide troubleshooting and root cause analysis of production related incidents in accordance to the needs
To analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies and critical metrics

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, or related field
More than 6 years of experience in Project Management, Business Analysis is needed
Sound knowledge and/or certification on Project Management and different Project Management styles like Waterfall, Agile, Scrum etc.
Able to manage or lead multiple large projects with advanced organizational skills.
Up-to-date understanding of business processes, issues, and technology especially related to the operation of a sales, marketing, and customer service departments within an organization
Experienced in implementing projects with Agile methodology
Understanding and implementing various integrations to Dynamic CRM
Experienced in working the XRM (MS CRM 2011, 2013, 2015) and D365 implementation project
Proficient in coordinating with Development, Testing and Release Management Teams
Ability to manage or to lead multiple large projects with advanced organizational skills
Excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on helping to create cohesive, collaborative and productive virtual teams
Outstanding problem-solving skills and analytical skills to solve any technical issues met
