SAP Hybris BA

Roles and Responsibilities

  • To plan and to assist the team in drafting statements of work to include estimation of effort/cost
  • To provide troubleshooting and root cause analysis of production related incidents in accordance to the needs
  • To interpret briefs to create high-quality coding that functions according to specifications
  • To determine application functions and to build objectives with the team
  • To ensure written code falls in line with the project objectives
  • To provide guidance to the business partners on existing system capabilities and development work
  • To create complex and conceptual designs including application interfaces and interactions
  • To document design decisions, configuration and development rationale
  • To evaluate, to prototype and to implement solutions to meet the subscription metering / usage and billing needs of Adobe’s enterprise customers
  • To configure SAP standard solutions within the SAP BRIM modules
  • To identify and monitor interdependencies between integrated application components and systems
  • To provide expert level support for operational problem resolution
  • To participate in and to lead various process improvement projects to increase operational efficiency

Skills and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, coding, or related field
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the role
  • Migration to S/4HANA experience is desired
  • Deep understanding of industry standard Quote to Cash processes
  • Good understanding of industry standard SaaS or subscription management processes with a focus on usage based metering and invoicing
  • Understanding of integration points with SAP SD, FSCM, AR, CP, COPA, CC, CI/CA, BW, HANA is desired
  • A person who is self-motivated and have a team spirit who can collaborate with multiple stakeholders to develop the best solution
  • Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills, including ability to create clear observations, analysis and conclusions based on customer reviews and data
  • Excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on helping to create cohesive, collaborative and productive virtual teams
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills and analytical skills to solve any technical issues met


Job Types: Contract, Permanent

Salary: RM7,000.00 – RM10,000.00 per month

  • Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
