Duties & Accountabilities
- Responsible for successful ensuring Scrum is understood and enacted by ensuring that the Scrum Team
adheres to Scrum theory, practices, and rules. - Coordinates all Scrum meetings (Daily, Planning, Review, Retrospective).
- Verifies feasibility of provided requirements with the development team.
- Monitors development/sprint progress.
- Works with Delivery Manager on any development related issues.
- Works with DM on removing impediments team is facing if Roche employee is required.
- Responsible for coordinating work with the development team, ensure timelines are met.
- Responsible for project status communication to DM.
- Responsible for Risk Management with the development team and escalation of risks to DM
- System Risk Assessment – evaluates the criticality of the data within the systems, and identifies additional
security, quality and/or compliance activities needed to protect the data in the system. - Data Classification Report – the detailed assessment and classification of the data and technology associated
with a system to identify security/privacy risks, the controls to be implemented, and residual risks.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in work related to software development.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in coordinating project teams and managing IT projects of local/global scope, in a multicultural, international environment (medium to large projects).
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Must have: Scrum Master certification (e.g., PSM I, PSM II, PSM III, Agile PM).
- Nice to have: Scaled Agile certification (e.g., SAFe 4, LeSS Practitioner).
- Good knowledge of project management methods.
- Strong consulting and negotiation skills.
- Experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.
- Experience in SRA (System Risk Assessment).
- Experience in DCR (Data Classification Report).
- Experience working with virtual or dispersed project team/service team.
- Open to working on EMEA time zones.
