Role and Responsibilities:
As a Senior Full Stack Developer and Team Lead, you will:
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art web and game applications.
- Utilize your expertise in React Native or Flutter, ReactJS, NodeJS, NestJS, NextJS, WebSocket, and various databases (MySQL, SQL Server, NoSQL) to architect dynamic and user-friendly interfaces.
- Design and implement robust REST APIs to facilitate seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems.
- Showcase your proficiency in server hosting with AWS, Ali Cloud, Google Cloud to ensure optimal application performance and scalability.
- Innovate and problem-solve, contributing creative solutions to complex technical challenges.
- Collaborate closely with Unity game developers to seamlessly integrate back-end systems with front-end game development, enhancing user experiences.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a strong portfolio demonstrating your skills.
- Proficiency in React Native or Flutter, ReactJS, NodeJS, NestJS, NextJS, WebSocket, and a variety of databases (MySQL, SQL Server, NoSQL).
- Strong familiarity with REST API design and implementation.
- Experience in server hosting platforms like AWS, Ali Cloud, Google Cloud.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a passion for tackling intricate technical challenges.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to guide and mentor a development team.
- Bonus: Experience integrating back-end systems with Unity for game development.
