We are looking for a Software Consultant to join our team.
What you will be doing:
- To provide technical pre-sales technical support for products & services carried IGSL-Group.
- To join and assist Sales in customer meetings, including demonstrating products.
- To create and manage training program and conduct training to customers.
- To liaise with other regional offices on support/service-related matters (future).
- Write technical proposals.
- Perform the post-sale implementation for customer
Responsibilities:
- Working with management and engineering staff to identify product/technology needs.
- Building partnerships with companies to pursue specific opportunities and enhance product offerings.
- Coordinate meetings, trainings, and seminars with the customer to demonstrate the value proposition of tech solutions.
- Explore potential customer needs and project opportunities at all stages of the project and provide timely feedback on effective information.
- During the project implementation process, cooperate with the project manager to support the smooth implementation of the plan and achieve the project goal.
- The ability to learn new products quickly and comprehensively to offer solutions to potential clients.
- Demonstrated business experience working with and leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration and team building ability.
Ability:
- Linux experince is needed
- Have experince in Java/C# will be advantageous.
