Tech Lead
- Country: Klang Valley, Malaysia
Roles and responsibilities
- To identify and to resolve immediate and potential issues with applications
- To draft detailed reports on the work performed and projects completed
- To assist other developers with troubleshooting, debugging, and coding
- To create a detailed project scope document for the customer, which includes both estimates for the tasks that will be completed and the project schedule
- To design, to document and to deliver integration procedure from the combination of deep processing skills and broad industry knowledge
- To express strong written and verbal communication skills with the teams and customers for articulating technical phrases into easily understandable terms
- To gather functional requirements and specifications in gaining a complete sense of client expectations and limitations before beginning a technical project
- To develop technical architecture solutions for web applications, mobile applications, reporting, enterprise integrations, data score and processing layers that cater for scalability, high availability, security and high performance design
- To coordinate interactions, integration spec walk-though, sign offs, as appropriate to ensure completion of projects
- To determine project requirements and to develop work schedules for the team
- To identify risks and to form contingency plans as soon as possible
- To lead, to direct manage and to mentor a diverse team of software developers
- To establish and to maintain operational standards to enhance productivity and teamwork to adheres to the agreed standards
- To consult and to manage project planning processes such as design and content teams internally and client-facing contexts, client requirements, development approaches etc.
Skills and requirements
- A bachelor’s degree level or master’s level in Computer Science or equivalent
- At least 3 years of working experience as a Software Engineer
- Proficiency level in JS front-end frameworks (Vue, React), back-end technologies (Java Script, Python(Django)) and mobile app development (Flutter)
- Mastery of project management tools such as JIRA, Azure, DevOps and version control systems such as Git
- Master of Unity 3D / Unreal knowledge
- Proficient in object-oriented methodologies, design patterns, data structures, algorithms and quality coding skills
- To design and to generate ideas with team members to offer insightful solutions and to solve technical issues
- Excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on helping to create cohesive, collaborative and productive virtual teams
- Outstanding problem-solving skills and analytical skills to solve any technical issues met
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills

Salary: RM5,000.00 – RM9,000.00 per month
