What You’ll Do:
1. Configure and support Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central systems.
2. Set up and maintain LS Retail backoffice modules, including: New Store Setup
3. Product & Promotion Configuration
4. Loyalty Programs
5.Data Distribution, Replication & Scheduler Jobs
6. Handle 3rd-party integrations and API development/support.
7. Assist in Change Requests documentation and IT Audit-related tasks.
8. Troubleshoot and support SQL Server, data flows, and backoffice systems.
Key Skills:
✅ Must-Have:
1. Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central (Technical or Functional)
2. SQL Server knowledge
3. Backoffice or ERP configuration experience
4. Basic API integration (REST/SOAP)
5. Willingness to learn LS Retail modules
✅ Nice-to-Have (Added Advantage):
1. LS Retail / LS Central
2. Experience in Retail Industry Solutions
3. Familiarity with Data Replication tools and Scheduling systems
4. Knowledge of POS systems
