Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced UBW (Unit4 Business World) Application Support – L2/L3 professional to support finance and billing modules.
This role focuses on BAU application support, incident/problem resolution, and close collaboration with business users and vendors in a hybrid working setup.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 application support for Unit4 Business World (formerly Agresso), primarily covering Finance & Billing modules
- Handle incident management, root cause analysis, and issue resolution within SLA
- Support month-end, year-end closing activities and finance operational processes
- Perform system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
- Work with business users to analyze issues, provide fixes, and propose improvements
- Coordinate with vendors, global IT teams, and stakeholders for escalations and enhancements
- Support change requests, testing, deployments, and documentation
- Ensure system stability, data integrity, and compliance with internal controls
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience supporting Unit4 Business World (UBW / Agresso)
- Solid understanding of Finance & Billing processes (GL, AP, AR, invoicing, etc.)
- Experience operating at L2/L3 support level
- Good knowledge of incident, problem, and change management processes
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Additional Requirements
- Senior-level exposure (typically 5+ years in application support roles)
- Able to start within 1 month / ASAP
- Open to hybrid working (3 days office, 2 days WFH
Work Arrangement
Contract Duration: 12 months
Location: Hybrid – Ilham Tower, KL
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
