Responsibilities
• Design intuitive and high-quality user interfaces through detailed wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma.
• Integrate technical and visual solutions seamlessly into design concepts.
• Conduct comprehensive user research to uncover insights, validate assumptions, and translate findings into actionable design strategies.
• Ensure cohesive and responsive user experiences across platforms and devices, maintaining visual and functional consistency.
• Communicate design concepts, decisions, and rationale clearly within the design team and across departments.
• Collaborate closely with product teams, developers, and key stakeholders to align design direction with product and business goals.
• Partner with frontend developers to ensure accurate and efficient implementation of design components.
• Continuously evaluate user behavior, usability feedback, and product data to refine and evolve design approaches.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and emerging technologies to bring innovation and fresh perspectives to the team.
Requirements
• Education
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (Software Engineering) or related field.
• Experience
• 5+ years of hands-on UI/UX or Product Design experience.
• Strong proficiency in Figma with a solid portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work.
• Core Skills
• Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA.
• Strong visual design sense with the ability to create intuitive, aesthetically appealing, and pixel-perfect interfaces.
