Requirements:
- Fluency in Mandarin is required for liaising with and managing stakeholders based in China.
- Minimum 7 years of business and IT service/project experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in leading full cycle of IT Operations.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in leading virtual/dispersed and multinational teams in IT Operations.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in collaboration and management of multiple and multinational
stakeholders. - Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or related field.
- Experience in successfully applying Scrum or other Agile/Lean principles, methods and tools in IT projects (Scrum/Agile/Lean certificate is preferred).
- Advanced knowledge of ITIL processes and Agile methodologies, with good understanding of best practices in IT service delivery market (ITIL4 certification is a big plus)
- Advanced knowledge of Service Management tools, preferably ServiceNow and Jira.
- Good knowledge of Project Management methodology (PMP or Prince2 Practitioner certification is a big plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, and persuasion skills to cooperate inside a global organization.
- Knowledge of Google Suite, Trello and Tableau/SAP BO.
